Todd Gustin is a corporate and business transactions attorney in the Corporate Group of Venable LLP. Todd maintains offices in the firm's Washington, D.C. and Baltimore, Maryland offices. Todd represents clients in mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, including venture capital and private equity investments, joint ventures and strategic alliances, technology and commercial transactions, including licensing arrangements and general corporate planning. His clients include private and public companies and their investors in the healthcare, life sciences, technology, financial services, professional services and education industries. Todd also serves as the co-chair of the firm’s Life Sciences Practice Group and is a member of the firm's Hiring Committee. While earning his law degree from Georgetown University Law Center, Todd served as Aide to Chambers to Associate Justices Harry A. Blackmun and David H. Souter at the Supreme Court of the United States. Todd is a member of the state bars of the District of Columbia, Maryland, Massachusetts and New York. Todd's civic activities have included service on the Board of Directors of Boys Hope Girls Hope of Baltimore and the Board of Directors of The Downtown Sailing Center. He also serves on the Steering Committee of the Loyola Club of Washington, D.C.
