Don Morrissey is Head of Life Sciences at SRS Acquiom, which provides professional services for buyers and sellers on almost 2000 M&A deals, including about 200 life science M&A deals with over $30 billion in potential milestone payments. On those deals SRS represents sellers’ interests after the company sale, communicating between buyer and selling shareholders, and sometimes being involved in disputes and renegotiations. Prior to SRS, Don was a business development executive and general counsel for two biotechnology companies. Don is a lawyer who started his legal career at Cooley. Don joins us from Denver.
