Justin P. Huddleson, Ph.D., Esq., is a registered U.S. patent attorney for Sanofi, a global biopharmaceutical company committed to healthcare solutions from prevention to treatment. Justin counsels on IP issues in support of Sanofi’s business development and M&A teams across all of its business units and R&D. He also negotiates and drafts IP-related provisions of patent licenses and collaborative R&D agreements. Prior to joining Sanofi, Justin was an associate at Choate, Hall & Stewart and Sunstein Kann Murphy & Timbers in Boston, MA where he specialized in patent prosecution and litigation in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical arts. Justin received his J.D., cum laude, from the Boston University School of Law. A native of Cincinnati, he earned his Ph.D. in molecular genetics and biochemistry from the University of Cincinnati and his B.S., summa cum laude, from Xavier University.
